At Aamchi Football Club (afcforyou.com), we strive to get your football gear, fan apparel, and equipment to your doorstep as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are the details regarding our shipping practices, timelines, costs, and terms.

1. Order Processing Times

Standard Orders: All standard in-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays).
Custom & Personalized Orders: Orders requiring custom printing (such as custom player jerseys with printed names/numbers or custom badges) require an additional 2 to 3 business days for customization prior to dispatch.
Peak Seasons & Product Launches: During special launches, monsoon promotional events, or sale periods, processing times may extend by 1–2 business days.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timelines (Domestic - India)

We ship across all major pincodes in India using reliable express courier partners.

3. Express & Same-Day Shipping (Mumbai Only)

Local Express Delivery: For football fans in Mumbai needing last-minute matchday gear or survival gear kits, same-day or next-day local courier delivery (e.g., Dunzo/Porter) is available upon request.
Additional express shipping charges apply based on exact location and courier distance. Contact customer support via WhatsApp prior to placing an express order.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service across eligible Indian pincodes under the following terms:

COD Verification: To prevent fraudulent orders, all COD orders are subject to automated or manual OTP/phone call verification before dispatch.
COD Convenience Fee: A non-refundable COD fee of ₹50 is applied at checkout to cover courier collection charges.
Maximum COD Limit: COD is available for order totals up to ₹5,000. Orders exceeding this amount must be prepaid via UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Net Banking.
Customized Items Exclusion: COD is NOT available for customized/personalized merchandise (e.g., custom name-printed jerseys). Customized orders must be fully prepaid.
Refusal Policy: Repeated failure or refusal to accept COD orders at the doorstep may result in the suspension of COD payment options for your account/pincode on future orders.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive an email and WhatsApp notification containing your tracking number and tracking URL.
You can also track your live order status by logging into your account at afcforyou.com or visiting our dedicated tracking page.

6. Delivery Address & Undelivered Shipments

Accurate Details: Please ensure complete and correct shipping address details (including Pincode, Landmark, and Contact Number) are provided at checkout.
Failed Delivery Attempts: Couriers will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If the shipment remains uncollected due to recipient unavailablity or invalid contact info, it will be returned to our warehouse (Return to Origin - RTO).
Reshipping Fee: For RTO shipments where redelivery is requested by the customer, standard reshipping charges will apply.

7. Damaged Packaging at Delivery

If you notice that the shipping package is visibly tampered with, damaged, or unsealed at the time of delivery, please do not accept the package.
