Refund policy

At [Aamchi Football Club], customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our Return and Refund Policy below to understand your options and rights.

1. Return & Exchange Window

Items are eligible for return or exchange within [7 / 14] days from the date of delivery.
Requests initiated after [7 / 14] days will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following criteria must be met:

Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all original brand tags, labels, and accessories attached.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt, invoice, or order number is required for processing.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned or refunded:

Customized / Personalized Merchandise: Items with personalized name/number printing, custom embroidery, or bespoke designs.
Clearance / Final Sale Items: Items purchased during special clearance, flash sales, or marked as "Final Sale."
Hygiene-Sensitive Items: Innerwear, compression layers, socks, or mouthguards (if opened/unsealed).
Gift Cards or Promotional Vouchers.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items Received

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect:

Please notify us within [24 to 48 hours] of delivery.
Provide photos or a brief unboxing video clearly showing the defect or wrong item sent, along with your order number, to [support@afcforyou.com / aamchifootballclub@gmail.com].
Upon inspection, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you or process a full refund.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

Contact Us: Send an email to [support@afcforyou.com / aamchifootballclub@gmail.com] or contact customer support via WhatsApp/Phone at [9987093559] with your Order ID and reason for return.
Approval & Instructions: Once approved, our team will provide instructions on how to ship the package back to us or confirm if a reverse pickup is available for your pincode.
Packaging: Pack the product securely to prevent damage during transit. Include a note with your name and Order ID inside the package.

6. Return Shipping & Costs

Defective or Store Error: If the return is due to a damaged item, manufacturing defect, or incorrect order dispatched by us, return shipping charges will be 100% covered by us.
Standard Returns / Size Exchanges: For general returns or exchanges (e.g., preference or size changes), shipping fees for returning the product to our warehouse are [non-refundable / borne by the customer / charged at a flat rate of ₹79].

7. Refunds & Processing Time

Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you via email/SMS of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Prepaid Orders: If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Wallet) within 5 to 7 business days.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds for COD orders will be issued as store credit/gift card or transferred via UPI / direct bank transfer upon receiving your account details.

8. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled directly, but you may initiate a return upon receipt following our standard return procedure.
